Blade came out in 1998…?
It really doesn’t feel like it was that long ago, but its true. I was reading through the link below which is part of a series of posts on Marvel comics movies. Blade was a favorite of mine at the time, setting up the style for The Matrix which would come out a year later. Funny how these guys talk about Blade being a B movie; I never saw it that way. Stephen Dorff’s cool-evil struck a chord, and Wesley Snipes was in his perfect role.

Salt Lake Bees minor league baseball
Heidi was in town over the weekend and we took in a Bees game at Spring Mobile park. They lost the game, but we enjoyed it all the same. Heidi picked up a cap and I walked away with a throw blanket, which is now sitting on the couch in the living room.

Would you ever buy a book with this cover?
Nothing against the guy, but it doesn’t exactly encourage me to make the purchase…
